Offer for developers and real estate agencies. DiiS STUDIO provides a service for designing show homes and apartments. We approach show house design projects from multiple perspectives, combining beautiful interiors filled with stunning details with the aesthetics of the investment and the expectations of potential buyers. The scope of the project can include creating visualizations or a complete executive design with author supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For clients who wish to refresh their existing interior or seek advice on any aspect of their home or office, we offer a meeting with an architect. During the meeting, you will receive key design concepts for your space and an analysis of layout changes regarding functionality, color schemes, and decoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INITIAL MEETING<\/h4><\/div>

This is the first, free, and non-binding meeting between us and the investor who decides to collaborate. It can take the form of an in-person meeting at the studio, a phone call, an email exchange, or a teleconference. The purpose is to discuss the terms and process of the collaboration. The guarantee of starting the design work on the agreed, available date is the signing of the contract.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

ANALISIS<\/h4><\/div>

The analysis is a meeting where we discuss the investor’s needs, establish aesthetic preferences, and define the project budget. It is the moment when we review the expectations and inspirations gathered by the investor, consider the practicality of materials, and evaluate the possibilities within the set budget. This meeting leads to the creation of design guidelines that form the basis for the subsequent stages of the project.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

INVESTORY<\/h4><\/div>

Inventory involves measuring an apartment, house, or commercial space, which serves as the basis for preparing executive drawings. For projects in Szczecin and the surrounding areas, we conduct the inventory as part of the project. For other locations, we work with project plans provided by the investor. Upon request, we can prepare a draft and guidelines for self-preparation of the inventory or carry it out for an additional fee, determined individually.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

FUNCTIONAL LAYOUT AND ARRANGEMENT <\/h4><\/div>

This is the moment when we finalize the layout of the rooms, define their intended function, and determine the overall aesthetic of the interior. We typically propose 2 or 3 functional layouts for the designed space to showcase its potential and select the option that best meets the investor’s needs and budget.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

VISUALIZATION<\/h4><\/div>

The Visualization stage is when you see the results of the design work. The entire concept is based on previously discussed inspirations, design guidelines, and the approved functional layout and arrangement. During this stage, the project takes its final shape, including colors, choice of finishes and materials, furniture design, and lighting selection.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t

EXECUTIVE DOCUMENTATION<\/h4><\/div>

The executive documentation consists of detailed drawings and a shopping list. The executive drawings are highly detailed 2D plans that allow the renovation team and other contractors to execute the project as shown in the visualizations. The shopping list specifies all the products and finishes needed for the project. This extensive table includes the names of the proposed products, their required quantities, approximate prices, and links to the manufacturer\u2019s or retailer\u2019s website where the products can be purchased.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
